Las Vegas Micro Wedding At The Doyle
Here's Megan + Keagan’s Amazing Day! They Are So Kind, Refreshingly Genuine, And A Lot Of Fun To Be Around. I Met Up With Megan And Keagan At Their Hotel For Getting Ready Photos Prior To The Wedding. This Is Something That I Really Believe Is Important To Capture On Your Wedding Day. It Helps Tell The Full Story Of Your Day From The Beginning, You Get Some Great Photos, Plus We Get To Hang Out Even More ;) after Getting Dolled Up And Toasting With Some Yummy Champagne, It Was Time To Get These Two Married! We Headed To The Doyle, Which Is One Of My Favorite Wedding Venues. The Space Is Modern And Can Really Be Transformed Into Anything You Can Dream Of! Since Megan + Keagan Were Having A Micro Wedding, Small Ceremony And A Cake & Champagne Celebration With Their 20+ Guests, I Was Surprised To See How Intimate & Cozy The Set Up Turned Out In That Large Space. It Was Perfection! another Reason Why The Doyle Is One Of My Favorite Wedding Venues Is That They Have Llamas. Like, Really Adorable Llamas That I Want To Take Home With Me Every Time! I Mean, Just Look! Who Wouldn’t Want These Guys As Wedding Guests ;)

Using Sparklers Safely For Your Wedding Send Off
So You Want To Use Sparklers At Your Wedding But Your Grandmother Is Worried That The Sparklers Will Catch Your Beautiful Dress On Fire? Let Me Put Both Your Minds At Ease.first And Foremost, Sparklers Are Fireworks And Do Contain Fire. However, With A Little Common Sense And Planning, They Are A Completely Safe Way To Create Sparks Without The Situation Getting Too Hot To Handle. Below Are A Few Safety Tips To Ensure A Fun, Glimmering Celebration Without The Added Worry Of It Being More Explosive Than You Want It To Be: -when Purchasing Your Sparklers, It Is Imperative That You Only Buy Wire Sparklers. Do Not Buy The Wooden Handled Sparklers, Often Called “bamboo” Or “morning Glory Sparklers.” The Burning Wood Causes Ashes And Embers, Which Could Potentially Catch Clothing Or Other Items On Fire.-lit Sparklers Should Always Be Held At Arm’s Length To Keep Body, Face And Clothing A Safe Distance From The Sparks.-typically Sparklers Do Not Get Hot Enough To Burn Hands, However We Recommend Not Giving Them To Guests 5 Years Or Under, As Small Children Are Less Likely To Understand The Risk And Their Arms Are Not Long Enough To Keep The Sparkler At A Safe Distance. Glow Sticks Are A Fun, Safe Alternative For Little Ones Who Still Want To Participate In The Luminous Wedding Fun!-be Aware Of The Surroundings When Using Sparklers. Scan The Area For Any Highly Flammable Materials Such As Gasoline Cans, Aerosolized Hair Spray Cans, Nail Polish, Or Open Containers Of Alcohol Before Using Sparklers. Do Not Light Sparklers If Any Flammable Items Are Present.-ensure Guests Are Spread Out Far Enough From Each Other, And From The Bride And Groom So Sparks Do Not Accidentally Ignite Clothing On Fire Or Cause Burns.-utah Sparklers Recommends Having An Old 5 Gallon Bucket Filled With 6-12 Inches Of Water Nearby At All Times While The Sparklers Are In Use. Not Only Will It Come In Handy In Case Of A Fire, But It Provides Guests A Place To Put The Metal Sticks When They Are Done Burning.-it’s A Good Idea To Post This Information Tastefully Near The Sparkler Station Or Have The Dj Announce These Safety Precautions Before Guests Start To Light The Sparklers, Or Both.by Following These Safety Guidelines You Can Assure That You And Your Guests Have A Safe, Fun, Exciting Celebration Without It Being Too Exciting For Great Grandma, Or Anyone Else!

Whatever Happened To Tradition: A Look At First Looks
For Ages It's Been Said To Be Bad Luck For The Groom To See The Bride Before She Walks Down The Aisle.according To Bridal Guide, This Superstition Dates Back To The Days Of Arranged Marriages, When The Father Of The Bride Was Afraid The Well-off Groom Would Find His New Wife (whom He'd Never Seen Before) Unattractive, And Back Out Of The Deal. This Leaves The Bride's Family In Shame, And Forced To Forgo Any Ideas Of Turning The Bride's Old Bedroom Into A Man Cave For Dad.the Veil Assisted In This Mission Of Keeping The Groom In Suspense Of His Bride's Beauty, Or Lack Thereof.gone Are These Days, At Least In America, And Yet Many Couples Still Hold Fast To This Tradition. But Why? Those Who Feel Strongly In Favor Argue That The Special Moment Is Spoiled When The Groom Has Already Seen The Bride In Her Dress. It Is Believed That Any Emotion He Might Show, Such As Tears, Will Not Occur If He Has Seen Her Earlier That Day. However, Most Wedding Photographers And Many Others Argue That The Moment Is Not Lost, But Instead Just As Beautiful, And More Easily Captured.for Those Who Aren't Familiar, A First Look Is When A Couple About To Be Married See Each Other For The First Time In Their Wedding Clothes, Hair, And Makeup. While Some Couples Opt To Have A Photo Session For This Purpose On A Different Day, This Typically Happens A Few Short Hours Before The Wedding Ceremony. Generally The Groom Is Blindfolded Or Faced Away And Is Turned Around To View His Bride After Not Having Seen Her All Day. This Is An Intimate Moment Between The Couple With The Photographer And, If You Have One, Videographer, Capturing From The Sidelines. The Couple May Also Choose To Have The Bridal Party Present During This Time.however, Many Brides, And Grooms, Feel Strongly Against Seeing Each Other Prior To Here Comes The Bride.here Are A Few Of The Reasons Why I Believe You Should Seriously Give The Idea Of A First Look A Chance.
