An Elegant Champagne-Inspired St. Paul Wedding at Station 10
Patsy and Zach share a love of champagne and dreamed of including a champagne wall in their wedding. But, they also wanted to make their wedding day feel more more unique and more personalized.
Instead of following the champagne wall trend, HappiLily Events brainstormed ways to include champagne in a way that reflected their love stoy. What did we come up with? A champagne tower as the couple’s unity ceremony! Think of when couples light a unity candle together, but instead, they would pour a champagne tower and share a toast with their guests!
As guests arrived to the venue, they were welcomed with glasses of champagne and told to "enjoy a sip, but sip slow!" as they were going to partake in a toast during the ceremony!
After the couple exchanged their sweet vows and I Do's, the officiant, a close friend of the couple, directed them to walk over to the champagne tower. As the couple poured champagne, she explained that the champagne tower represented the foundation of the relationship Zach and Patsy had built over the years. The pouring of champagne quite literally symbolized to keep filling each other’s cups (lives) with joy and to keep having fun together!
After the tower was poured, the couple and wedding party all grabbed a glass of bubbly and the officiant encouraged guests to join in a toast to Patsy and Zach's marriage! It was a truly unique and memorable experience for the couple and their guests.
