Blushing Romance - A Styled Inspiration Shoot In Winnipeg, Manitoba

Hawthorn Estates is one of my favourite venues and I look forward to working out there as much as I can. When Stephanie Lauren Co. asked me to style a wedding inspiration shoot with her, I knew it had to take place at Hawthorn Estates.

I had also been itching to work with a bit more of a moody palette with blush, mauve and dusty rose and knew that this was the perfect opportunity. We added back accents to give the palette a bit of depth and dimension and I couldn't be happier how it all came together. We set up the sweetheart table in front of the gorgeous stone fireplace and lit up the mantle with lots of candles and florals.

The real life couple that modelled for us, used it as an opportunity to renew their wedding vows and it was the most beautiful thing. They made new promises to each other, reiterated some older promises and it was hard not to tear up as we witnessed the beautiful moment that they shared.

We went with a beautiful dusty rose velvet tablecloth from Planned Perfectly, a classic place setting with black charger plates, napkins and cutlery. A beautiful place setting is one of my favourite things and this one did not disappoint!

We went on to set up a candle lit lounge area for the couple to enjoy and it was the coziest and sweetest little set up!

We finished our time with some beautiful photos outside in the fresh white snow and it really was the cherry on top of the sweetest afternoon!
