With experience coordinating weddings at prestigious country clubs and renowned restaurants in the NOVA area, we've mastered the art of turning visions into reality. With a genuine love for creating magical moments, our lead planner, Michaela, brings warmth, kindness, and a personal touch to each event she curates. As the driving force behind Enchanted Garden, Michaela ensures that working with us is like stepping into an enchanted garden, where every moment is infused with beauty, happiness, and magic.

We have 3 unique packages we offer that can all be customized:

Day-Of Coordinator Starting at $500
- One Month: We will discuss your timeline, expectations, and a breakdown of what the wedding day will look like.
- One Week: We schedule a meeting to gather any essential decor items needed for the setup and we will rehearse the ceremony with the wedding party.
- Wedding Day: You have my services for 8 hours.

Partial Planning Starting at $1200
- Two Months: We will discuss your timeline desires, expectations, and a breakdown of what the wedding day will look like.
- One Month: A timeline for the wedding day has been created and agreed upon.
- Two Weeks: All vendors have been confirmed with their timeline & instructions.
- One Week: We schedule a meeting to gather any essential decor items needed for the setup and we will rehearse the ceremony with the wedding party.
- Wedding Day: You have my services for 12 hours. I will drop off all the decor/gifts/cake at a chosen location after the wedding.

Full Planning Starting at $3,500
- One Year to Three Months: We will discuss your timeline desires, expectations, and a breakdown of the wedding planning process. Create a budget, website, event style, guest list, seating chart, choose vendors & venue, food, and decide on attire.
- Three Months: Make sure all invitations are sent out and begin receiving confirmations.
- Two Months: We will discuss any new desires or expectations, and a breakdown of what the wedding day will look like.
- One Month: A timeline for the wedding day has been created and agreed upon.
- Two Weeks: All guests have been finalized and vendors have been confirmed with their timeline & instructions.
- One Week: We schedule a meeting to gather any essential decor items needed for the setup and we will rehearse the ceremony with the wedding party.
- Wedding Day: You have my services for 12 hours. I will drop off all the decor/gifts/cake at a chosen location after the wedding.

Michaela is a dynamic individual with an inherent flair for organization and a heart dedicated to serving others. Known for her infectious passion for aiding people and her relentless determination to achieve her goals, her journey has been shaped by her diverse experiences and unwavering commitment to excellence.

Her fascination with weddings ignited at an early age when she was given the privilege of being her mother's maid of honor. This fascination only grew stronger over the years, fueled by her belief in the power of love and the enchantment that surrounds special occasions. It was this deep-rooted sentiment that steered her towards a career path in event and wedding planning.

Michaela's professional journey began at the prestigious International Country Club in Fairfax, VA. It was here that she gained invaluable insights into the intricacies of event planning, honing her skills amidst the hustle and bustle of the industry. Immersed in the fast-paced environment, she absorbed the nuances of orchestrating flawless events, from elaborate weddings to intimate gatherings.

Equipped with a degree in Information and Library Science, her academic background provided her with a unique perspective on community engagement and resource management. Leveraging her knowledge, she seamlessly integrated her passion for event planning with her expertise in serving the community, crafting memorable experiences that resonated with her clients.

Throughout her career, Michaela has orchestrated a myriad of weddings, ranging from grand affairs hosting 220 guests to intimate ceremonies with just 15 cherished attendees.
