For 2019 I Was Really Hoping To Shoot More At Peyto Lake And Get A Break From Moraine Lake (and This Session Is On The Blog Now, By The Way). As Beautiful As Moraine Lake Is, It Can Be Super Frustrating To Try To And Shoot There. I Was Thinking I'd Convince More People To Go To Peyto Lake Next Year Instead... When You Look Up The Time Of Sunset, That Means When The Sun Is At The Horizon Already And Your More Likely To Get Dusky Pink/blue Sky - Which Is Also Pretty. Also Consider Where Your Venue Is Located Compared To Where The Sun Sets. This And Other Factors Like Buildings, Trees, Clouds Passing Can All Affect The Lighting And When It May Be Best To Go Back Out For Portraits. Having A Photographer Who Knows The Lighting Around The City And At Different Venues Is Helpful.
