Kara & Kevin Loved Costa Rica, They Had Visited A Few Times Before Sometimes Together And Sometimes Alone. They Had Explored Manuel Antonio Together And Really Enjoyed The Adrenaline Adventures. They Surfed, Went White Water Rafting, Zip-lining, And They Visited The Manuel Antonio National Park Together. They Loved The Outdoor Activities And Knew This Country Would Be The Perfect Destination Wedding Location Because Their Guests Could Take The Opportunity To Explore Too!they Had Never Been To Papagayo So With The Help Of Our Travel Planning Team, They Organized A Wedding Week Adventure By Booking A Catamaran Cruise And Snorkeling Adventure Through Coastal Waters. They, Of Course, Invited Their Guests Along To Explore Too! they All Enjoyed Their Time On The Boat Sunbathing And Relaxing Soaking Up The Best Views In Costa Rica. After Working Up An Appetite They Were Served Fresh Bocas, Appetizers, And Cold Drinks As They Set Sail To Seek More Marine Life. They Also Enjoyed Kayaking From The Boat Making It A Full Day Water Adventure. To Sum Up The Day, They Returned To The Shore To A Beautiful Sunset That Lit Up The Sky. It Was The Perfect Way To Celebrate In Paradise Together With Their Loved Ones.the Wedding Day Itself Was One In A Million. Kara Wanted It To Be Tropical, Modern, Earthy, And Carefree. The Style Was A Dark And Moody Modern Mixed With Bright And Fun Tropical. A Wonderful Contrasting Color Scheme Of Peach, Teal, And Oranges Complemented The Stunning Sunset That Melted Into The Waterline Overlooking The Papagayo Peninsula. the Outdoor Ceremony Was On A Beautiful Sunny Day. The Bride Walked With Her Parents On Her Arm As She Approached Her Handsome Groom Standing Beneath The Very Modern Circular Arch. The Venue Itself Was Such A Great Backdrop As They Said I Do Near The Trees. they Invited About 100 Guests Who All Raved About The Big Day From Start To Finish. They All Enjoyed A Wonderful Handcrafted Menu And Danced The Night Away To The Best Music. this Couple Was Picture Perfect In Every Way With Sweet Demeanors To Match They Really Deserved A Day Like This. This Fun-loving Couple Lives In Hollywood, California. Niccolo Is German And His Bride Meghan Is American. They Actually Hired Us With A Short Time Frame To Plan This Destination Wedding. This Couple Really Wanted A Beach Wedding And Booked Everything Themselves For Easter Week. Little Did They Know How Busy And Hectic That Weekend Is In Quepos, Costa Rica, And Hired Us To Help Them Save The Date! They Had Already Planned The Time That They Wanted The Wedding And It Was Actually During High Tide. Little Did They Know That There Definitely Wasn't Space For 100 Guests On The Beach! The Main Beach Is Way Too Busy And Finding Somewhere To Park And Gather Would Have Been Impossible. Once They Realized, We Had To Find A New Solution.we Adapted Everything. We Actually Found A Lot Of Land That Surrounds A Small Beach In The Area. It Is Occasionally Reached By People Taking A Long Hike. We Worked With The Owner To Turn A Walking Path Into A Dirt Road To Allow Drivable Beach Access To The Viewpoint!all Of The Guests Walked Out To The Private Beach With A View Of The Waves Crashing On The Shore. The Ceremony Was Just Above The Sand On The Rocky Part Because Of High Tide. We Had Chairs Set Out Facing The Water And Used Palm Leaves To Line The Natural Rug Aisle. The Couple Stood Under A Beautiful Tepee Arch Decorated With Tropical Florals. They Said Their Vows By The Water And Got The Easter Quepos Beach Wedding Of Their Dreams.the Groom Wanted To Honor His Heritage And Wore Attire Is From A Designer In Africa. They Also Incorporated A Tradition Of Jumping Over The Broomstick In The Ceremony. This Is An African American Tradition That Has Older Origins Dating Back To The Mid 19th Century. It’s Done At The End Of The Wedding Ceremony After The Kiss, The Groom Sweeps The Ground, Symbolic Of Being The Provider, Then Lays The Broom On The Ground And They Jump Over It Together And Walk Down The Aisle As Mr. + Mrs. We Love When A Couple Incorporates Their Meaningful Touches Into The Big Day.they Held Their Reception At The Villa Punto De Vista Rooftop. This Venue Has A Stunning View Too! It Perches High On A Bluff, Overlooking The Sparkling Blue Ocean On The Pacific Coast. We Lit Everything With String Lights And Created A Tropical Glam Look. Simple Palm Leaves Under The Plates And In The Floating Candles With Bright Pink Tropical Flowers. We Planned Group Activities For Guests Like A Catamaran Cruise On The Marlin Del Rey, A Coffee Tour Of Tio Leo, And A Full-day Visit To Arenal Volcano. In Arenal, They Took A Volcano Tour, Went Hiking, And Visited The Tabacon Hot Springs! the Wedding Itself Was Beautifully Simple. Everyone Was Greeted At The Ceremony With Coco Locos, A Fun Costa Rican Drink. The Ceremony Faced The Infamously Beautiful Tree On The Beach At Pangas Beach Club. There Was A Stunning Floral Garland That Wrapped The Front Portion Of The Tree. The Colors Really Popped With A Big Mix Of Burgundy, Pinks And Ivories With Lush Greenery.
