It's Been A Little Quiet On My Ig For The Past Few Weeks... For A Few Reasons.⁠ ⁠ 1. I Was Shooting Like Crazy, 5 Weddings In A Row!⁠ ⁠ 2. I Flew Out To Kamloops For This Wedding In The Shuswaps.⁠ ⁠ 3. A Couple Of My Hotels Had Terrible Wi-fi.⁠ ⁠ 4. My Laptop Decided It Needed To Run 20 Slower Than It Used To So I've Been Spending Days Trying To Get It Fixed.⁠ ⁠ 5. I'm Feel The Mid-summer Burnout. I Love All The Shooting But The Before & After Work Is Really Wearing On Me. The Travel Time Is Really Getting Me Down & I Can't Seem To Sleep Anymore. I've Booked A Bit Less For August So I Can Try To Get A Little Time Back For Myself To Shake This Feeling.⁠ ⁠ Last Weekend Was Fun Though, In Spite Of All Of The Stuff That's Going On With Me & The Crazy Weather That Was Repeatedly Thrown At Us For Courtney & Matt's Wedding. It's A Great Spot If You're A Bit On The Shy-er Side.⁠ ⁠ It's Quiet & Peaceful. It's A Great Place For A Picnic! You Don't Have To Hike Up Steep Inclines. When You Look Up The Time Of Sunset, That Means When The Sun Is At The Horizon Already And Your More Likely To Get Dusky Pink/blue Sky - Which Is Also Pretty. Also Consider Where Your Venue Is Located Compared To Where The Sun Sets. This And Other Factors Like Buildings, Trees, Clouds Passing Can All Affect The Lighting And When It May Be Best To Go Back Out For Portraits. Having A Photographer Who Knows The Lighting Around The City And At Different Venues Is Helpful.
