Central Oregon is a mecca of unique venues for destination and local weddings alike, all filled with diverse landscapes and interesting space options. From rustic barns and elegant ballrooms to natural caves, magnificent vineyards, and lush riverside lawns, there’s so much beauty to be offered! That’s just one of the many reasons why we love celebrating with our couples in these special places. 

We decided to put together a list of our top wedding venues that we love to partner with. Whether you are recently engaged or daydreaming about your big day, we are sure this list will help you through your venue searching endeavors!

Full Service & Fab Resorts

Take note that most of these resorts are located outside of the city of Bend itself (varying from a 15 minute to 35 minute drive from downtown), so make sure to look into what dining and entertaining options are available on the property. Maybe even consider planning a few more events (i.e. rehearsal dinner, welcome party, farewell brunch) other than just the wedding day celebration at the resort. This will ensure your guests who have traveled can simply show up and enjoy – and so you and your partner can do just that too!

Off the Beaten Path & Unique

Next up we have the venues that might take a little more to travel to but will certainly be worth the effort and the privacy that is provided. Plus, each has their own list of unique features that you most likely will not find anywhere else in Central Oregon!

Starting off, the magical, lush PNW gem that is the Loloma Lodge! Loloma is the wedding venue for you if you want that “campground, middle of nowhere vibe”. We adore how relaxed you instantly feel when you arrive at this gorgeous oasis located next to the crystal clear McKenzie River. With their historic lodge, riverside cabins, and camping options, your guests will be comfortable and relaxed while taking in your picturesque wedding. Next, the marvelous House on Metolius, can we just say STUNNING views of the Metolius River and Mt. Jefferson from almost everywhere on the property! Seriously, we pinch ourselves every time we work out there. Set on two-hundred acres of private land astride the river, surrounded by millions of acres of national forest, your mind will be continually blown by the overall natural beauty. Also, if you or your partner enjoy fly-fishing, this might just be the spot for you!

Continuing on, the lovely Ranch at the Canyons offers “tuscan villa vibes” in the high desert. With their breathtaking setting along the Crooked River at the base of Smith Rock State Park, this unique venue is perfect for those glamorous, spectacular affairs! Of the property’s 1,700 acres, 500 of them are protected for conservation, which ensures the most immaculate spaces on the property and allows for plenty of wildlife habitat. And last, but certainly not least, is the elegant Faith Hope & Charity Vineyards! ​Their incredible mountain views, magnificent water features, and blossoming wildflowers provide a breathtaking ambiance. Oh and did we mention wonderful vineyards, wine credits, and adorable alpacas on property?! AH-mazing!

Woodland & Chic

Are you looking for a woodland background featuring towering Ponderosa pines yet with more chic vibes? This excellent list of venues will cover these types of Central Oregon options. Starting off, located in Sisters is the historic Five Pine Lodge. With their wildflower landscaped ponds, or cozy Elda Teresa event center – your guests are certain to enjoy themselves! If you are anything like us, and love a luxury bath tub, then look no further than their romantic suites and cabins. Five Pine Lodge is a perfect getaway, yet located within the western, tourist town of Sisters, which offers plenty to do.

Next, the exclusive Lake Creek Lodge located in Camp Sherman. Their weddings are set under towering pines or in a custom heated tent, with personalized services and on-site catering, you and your guests will find everything you need in their hidden sanctuary! And finally, White Aspen Creative located near the Widgi Creek Golf Club just outside of Bend. This crisp, clean space is more for the industrial chic bride, but with plenty of surrounding woods to frolic in. This space offers packages for up to 150 guests, yet is so dreamy for elopements and micro weddings!

Wild Wild West

Central Oregon also offers some great options for laid-back, nostalgic, ranch weddings. Starting off with the history filled, Long Hollow Ranch. Their beautiful grounds and 100-year-old barn create a stunning backdrop for a country outdoor wedding. If you love star gazing, horseback riding, or just getting away from it all, this is the place for you! Next up is the seasonal Rock Springs Ranch, located near Tumalo. This delightful venue is nestled among tall timber and overlooks sprawling pastures. With their flexible space options, water features and exclusive privacy, this is certainly a superb place!
