We offer two one-of-a-kind event spaces available to rent: The Lake Mansion’s main floor features beautiful architectural designs with five antique furnished rooms, including a small kitchen and picturesque Victorian wrap-around covered porches. The mansion is the ideal backdrop for all important event photos. The first floor is the perfect space for an intimate wedding ceremony or a formal diner reception, and can accommodate up to 60 guests. We can accommodate more than 60 guests for less formal events. If you are looking for an more laid back area try our Garden Pavilion! This area is a bright, temperature controlled, open modern space, and can accommodate up to 60 guests for a formal reception dinner, or more with use of the Courtyard or for a less formal event. The Courtyard is the perfect space to host an outdoor wedding ceremony, and can be tented with an outside vendor if needed. The hole facility can accommodate more than 100 guests for an informal reception. Your rental includes the use of our 15 space parking lot, a selection of tables and chairs and a fridge/freezer. You may self-cater by providing your own food/beverage, or hire a caterer of choice. The Lake Mansion venue is fully accessible for wheelchair/walker use.
