I am most inspired by high fashion editorial, film shots from decades past, unique architecture, breathtaking scenery, wild dance parties, and the ways in which humans connect with one another.

I bring this into my work - focusing on editorial portraits captured along with storytelling moments to produce artistic, artful, soulful imagery. 

My goal is not just to take portraits, but capture the full complexity of how your wedding day felt. All the emotions experienced and the small in-between moments - the belly laughs, tackle hugs, tears, epic drunken dance moves - all of it. Delivering the full story of the day. 

Providing a gallery of images that transports you back in time, to relive every emotion from start to finish. 

I'm Catalina and this is a little about me // My favorite moments of the day are making coffee in the morning and getting tackled by my Boston Terriers when I come home // Most days you can find me reading the New Yorker or crying looking through Nasa’s instagram because space is damn beautiful // I'm really kinda a goofball and make so, so many bad jokes (sorry in advance) // I'll take cool foggy weather over sun any day // Dirty chais and iced matcha are my main drinks of choice // Nature, fashion, minimalism, dark shadows, real emotion all make my heart skip a beat // In love with Portland, OR but 100% down to travel anywhere and everywhere.
