The Fine Press

     

My fiancé and I loved the designs the Fine Print had to offer but the full suites they showcased were slightly out of our budget. We decided to reach out anyway and they were more than accommodating to find a solution that worked within our price range. Ultimately we provided them the designs and they executed the finished product. The highlight of our experience was how they handled production issues with one of the elements of our suite. The first version we received had some minor mistakes but when we wrote to the Fine Press, they were very apologetic and issued a reprint with the fixes without any additional fees. Mistakes can happen but customer service can make or break an experience - their professionalism and ownership of the issue made this inconvenience incredibly tolerable and in fact added to our perception of the quality of the Fine Press! Without hesitation I would recommend their services as the final result turned out stunning. Recipients of the invites have told us it is the nicest wedding suite they have ever seen. Excellent quality and even better service!
