Company Description

We service all of Southeastern Wisconsin and specialize in weddings with 41+ years of decorating and baking experience. We carry a 5 star rating on both TheKnot.com and Thumbtack.com. Ricks Bakery, LLC was built on the premise of quality and presentation. We give you as much information as possible based on our experience over the years so you can make an informed decision.

We offer traditional cakes, presentation cakes with sheet cakes, cupcakes, Sweet Tables and offer Sugar Free, Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Peanut allergy free products. Everything is made fresh with nothing previously frozen and then removed as needed.

We were named a Best of 2015 and also Best of 2016 award winner from Thumbtack.com And also most recently a 2015 Best of Milwaukee Businesses-Bakeries.

Never showed up with my cake with NO notice!!!! My wedding was 9/11 and she will not respond to my requests for my money back. She owes me $463. I cannot believe that she has the nerve to refuse refund after I had to go through my wedding meal with no wedding cake that we bought MONTHS in advance.

I would have loved the cake if it would have showed up to my wedding.
On the 5th of June I ordered my cake. The DAY OF my wedding she said that she will not be able to bring my cake because she was in the hospital! AT THE LAST MINUTE! As, my best friend was on her way to Milwaukee for the wedding, she suggested that she just get a cake on her way here. Though it was store bought, I was grateful!

Fast forward, I asked about getting my refund--she tells me that she only have $130 in her business account. That was a day after my wedding, and still till this day I still do not have my refund!

"Sandy was easy to work with and did a great job on our cake and flowers. We required gluten free for part of our cake, which she handled with ease (and the cake was tasty!). We plan on getting a GF anniversary cake when the time comes. We had many compliments on our cake. Our flowers were beautiful. More than a week after our wedding and I still have flowers blooming at home! Sandy is flexible and reasonable. You couldn't ask for a better experience!"

"Sandy was amazing! Everyone loved the cake and even the carterer asked where the cake came from. He stated that it was the most moist cake he had ever cut! Rick's Bakery made the whole cake thing so simple. I will definatly use them again for birthdays and other big events as well."
