Matt and I will be posting information regarding our "Wedding Weekend" activities here as our special day draws near!

Thursday

Golf outing "shotgun" style at DeBordie Club in Georgetown, SC.  This is a SUPER private club and Matt and I are beyond excited for our one and only chance to tee off on their award winning greens!  It will be an early tee-time with the groomsmen, matt and whomever else would like to play (if they'll allow us all!)  Let Matt know if you're interested ASAP.

Tee Times set for 8:51am and 9:00am

Happy Hour at Island Bar and Grill in Pawleys Island (5 minutes from the resort)

4:00pm-7:00pm

Everyone is invited for the kickoff party.  They have a GREAT happy hour!

Friday

Beach/Pool Day!

4:00pm-Rehearsal at DeBordieu for Wedding Party. 

5:30pm-Rehearsal Dinner at Beach House for Wedding Party.

(We aren't allowed to have "parties" so we'll have to go to a bar if we all want to hang out after!)

Saturday

Wedding Day! Jennifer and Bridal party will be getting ready at Bridal Beach House.  Matt and guys will be getting ready at Litchfield Golf & Beach Resort/Clubhouse in DeBordieu after 2pm.

A pre-arranged shuttle service has been scheduled to pick up and drop off at Litchfield Beach and Golf Resort. The cost is $16 p/p round trip including tip. 

It is about 10 minutes to DeBordieu from the hotels and another 10 minutes drive down to the Clubhouse once inside the gates.

 The times are as follows:

3:45pm -first pick up: 2 shuttle buses 

4:15pm-second pick up: 2 shuttle buses

a shuttle will be on stand by at the venue the entire evening should you want to depart earlier. (Can't imagine you'd want to!!) at no additional charge.

10:30 pick up: 2 shuttle buses headed back to the resort 

11:00pm pick up: 2 shuttle buses headed back to the resort

Wedding begins promptly at 5:00pm on the DeBordieu Clubhouse back lawn. Please plan on being there around 4:45 so that we may get everyone seated.  Cocktail hour to follow on wrap around porch adjacent to lawn.  Reception to follow at 6:30 inside the 2nd floor ballroom.

Then we party!  Reception will end at 10:30 :)

Sunday

Cookout at our house in Myrtle Beach. All are welcome we will have Uncle Jody on the grill and plenty of lawn games and laughs!
