Here are 5 cocktails to make at home this weekend. You can make a mocktail version of any of these as well.  All the cocktails are all from past real events from Valley & Company Events. Classic Margarita via Ina Garten

Ingredients

1 lime, halved
Kosher salt
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (5 limes)
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (1 lemon)
1 cup Triple Sec
1 cup white tequila
2 cups ice, plus extra for serving

Directions
If you like margaritas served in a glass with salt, rub the outside rims of 6 glasses with a cut lime and dip each glass lightly into a plate of kosher salt.

Combine the lime juice, lemon juice, Triple Sec, tequila, and ice in a blender and puree. Place extra ice in a cocktail shaker. Fill with margarita mix, shake well, and strain into glasses.

Rosemary Moscow Mule
Two parts good vodka
3 parts ginger beer (or ginger ale)
Dash of lime juice (or more to your liking)
Rosemary sprig
Ice
Directions
Pour ingredients over ice and stir. Adorn with a sprig of rosemary.
You can pre-chill the mugs in the freezer for an extra chilly cocktail.

Blood Orange Sparkler
Ingredients
1 bottle of champagne
Blood orange juice
Orange juice
Sparkling water
Directions
Pour 1/2 oz. of blood orange juice into a chilled champagne glass. Add 1 oz. orange juice. Top with champagne and a splash of sparkling water. Garnish with a blood orange wedge.

Blackberry Smash
Ingredients
Blackberries
1 oz. vodka
lemon-flavored sparkling water
lemon
Directions
Muddle blackberries in the bottom of a glass and top with 1 oz. vodka and sparking water (lemon flavored). Top with a squeeze of lemon juice.

Blackberry and Ginger Splash from Salish Lodge & Spa
Ingredients
2 bottles of Ginger beer
2 oz. Vodka (optional)
Pureed blackberries
Rosemary | Ice
Directions
Puree blackberries by putting them in a blender until smooth – strain through a mesh sieve
Add crushed ice to a highball glass and add vodka, pour over ginger beer and top with blackberries. Garnish with rosemary and a blackberry.
