When designing this shoot, we wanted to intentionally juxtapose black & white with shades of warm colors. When it came to stationary, a classic neutral suite with a custom monogram envelope liner fit perfectly.
A welcome table is a key moment in your wedding design as it's usually your guests first impression of the wedding design. For this table, we opted for this stunning white and pale yellow floral linen topped with a floral arrangement that the Spring sun could bounce of. For the rest of the elements, we elected to play with textures above color. The braided taper candle juxtaposed the fluted votives in a perfectly playful way.
A grounded ceremony arrangement is a great selection for a design that aims to feel immersive. We wanted the couple to appear that flowers were growing up and around their feet while standing at the alter--this arrangement certainly accomplished that.
When it came to the tablescape, we wanted to continue to play with textures and natural light as much as possible. We channeled a chic minimal energy and worked to make intentional design decisions. We added pops of black to bring in a modern feel with the fluted water goblets, custom menus, and hand-calligraphed seashell place cards. The cane table numbers added an element of texture while bringing in a earthy touch. The white eyelet overlay set atop the lemon linen made for the perfect spring tabletop feature.
