Our Top Bachelorette Party & Girls Getaway Destinations

Planning a bachelorette party? Coordinating the perfect girls trip? Slightly overwhelmed by how many places there are to go and things to see? We’ve been there… numerous times. That’s why we’ve created a list of the best weekend getaway destinations, each one offering different vibes, cultural experiences, activities, and dining options. Picture this: a cocktail in your hand, sun on your face, good food, and a customized weekend that is perfect for your girl squad. Can you imagine anything more amazing? We can’t! Now, let’s virtually jet off to a few of our favorite places!

Austin:

Ready to get rowdy and a little weird? That’s the name of the game in Austin! Between the laid-back culture, incredible food in every square inch of the city, fun bars, sightseeing, and seemingly endless things to do, the Texas capital has so much to offer. We recommend spending the day on a boat or lounging in river tubes on one of Austin’s lakes, bar hopping on Rainey Street (hair of the dog?), and shopping on South Congress Ave. Remember to pack a snack or make a pit-stop at one of Austin’s delicious lunch spots! After the sun has set and you’ve regrouped at your hotel, sit down for some laughs at one of Austin’s many Tex Mex or Southern restaurants. Once you’ve finished up, hit the ground running and bar hop on Dirty Sixth Street or dance the night away at a club. Maybe even ride a mechanical bull or two! Word on the street is Austin is the best city to have a hangover. Revive yourself with chicken and waffles or a breakfast burrito before starting another day of activities!

Miami:

In the words of Nikki Minaj, “let’s go to the beach, beach, let’s go get away!” Miami is the place for any bride. Have the time of your life on a chartered yacht (booze cruise, anyone?), jet ski up the Miami Beach coast, explore the city’s famous art museums, or party poolside in matching attire. After a long day of activities, eat dinner at one of Miami’s incredible restaurants then hit the town. Dance until you can’t dance anymore at a discotech, see celebrities at Miami clubs, or bop around the city bar hopping. Sweat out your hangover at a Soul Cycle or yoga class the next morning, or, if you’re like us and can’t bear to get out of bed after a night of drinking, order breakfast in! Sometimes a girl just needs a bagel brunch. This multi-dimensional city also specializes in drag show brunches— an absolute must-do!

Charleston:

Southern charm is real in Charleston (or shall we call it Charmeston?). We’re in love with this city. Between the beautiful houses, kind people, and amazing food, Charleston is perfect for the relaxed bride. If you’re looking to explore for a day, venture to Sullivan’s Island where you will find award-winning restaurants and gorgeous beaches. Want to stay in the big city? Head to King Street for upscale boutiques, shops, and restaurants or walk around the Charleston City Market, a four city-block market that was established in the 1790s! Get spooked on a ghost tour, drink at one of Charleston’s famous distilleries, hit the beach, or go on a booze cruise! At night, blow out your luscious locks and hit the town. Recap the day and relax at one of Charleston’s popular rooftop bars, sipping on artisan cocktails while overlooking this incredible city. Recover the next morning at a contemporary restaurant that serves brunch. Calories are non-existent during girls weekends, and we’ll be the first to say the food in this city is to die for.

Scottsdale:

Scottsdale has quickly taken over the bachelorette party scene. This city is absolutely gorgeous, making it a great spot for a bride who loves the outdoors, spas, and a good time. Throw on your sneakers and hike one of Scottdale’s many trails, head to a spa, or sit poolside under a cabana. Looking for a little more action? Put on your bathing suits and go to a pool party, rent a boat, or fly sky-high in a hot air balloon! Scottsdale offers an array of food options, catering to any taste palette and craving! Between beer gardens, cocktail lounges, wine bars, and fun clubs, the Scottsdale nightlife is just as exciting as your action-packed day!
