Boho Vibes At The Botanist

Cheltenham, and The Cotswolds in general, have an incredible selection of traditional wedding venues, but they tend to be one of two styles: rustic barns or elegant manors/castles. Which means any couples searching for more alternative venues in the area have to get a bit creative!
The Botanist is a great option if you want boho vibes, and the best part is a lot of the decorating and styling has been done for you.
Matt & Vali are skating performers, usually based in Las Vegas but due to covid restrictions joined Gifford's Circus in Stroud for a few months. Vali's hair was expertly styled by Lauren Gosling, a Cotswold based bridal hair specialist, with gentle curls and braided detailing. And make up by Amy Rose was soft with subtle pops of pink to add a boost of colour.
Matt's look was cool and simple, with his signature moustache stealing the show. His outfit was quirky; complimentary dark green trousers paired with a classic white shirt, black leather braces, cool boots and a statement pork pie hat
Vali's dress was simple with spaghetti straps, a tulle skirt and detailing around the bodice, teamed up with River Island cowboy boots for a western flair. Altogether the look has been selected from the high street, which goes to show that style can suit even the smallest budgets. The wedding dress can even be found on ASOS!
The shoot took inspiration from a range of alternative wedding trends, with Western and Botanical touches combining to create stylised boho content.
