Lavish Appleford Estate Wedding

Lavish Appleford Estate Wedding

Classic, Fun and chic..A special place In my heart that formed when we met Hannah and Jake for the first time at their engagement session in center city, Philadelphia. Leading up to their wedding, I knew this celebration would be one I’d remember forever. The couple were hitched at the iconic Apple Ford Estate in Villanova PA on a gorgeous summer evening surrounded by lavish greens and gardens. Apple Ford Estate is a hidden gem tucked away in the hills of Villanova and is known for their historic building and gardens which fit Hannah’s vision quite perfectly. Their colors ranged from whites, greens and incorporated a twist of fresh babies breath in their bridal bouquet made by Amaranth Florist .The table scape and center pieces match the neutral colors completed with gold accents. We started with the ladies in the Appleford bridal suite. The ladies shared champagne and giggles as her glam team, Eco Centric Salon: Jess Barbato & Sarah Foster who finished up hair for the her and her bridal party. When it was time for Hannah to get ready we went to the private room where the brides mother helped her get into her dress. Hannah wore a gorgeous form fitting gown from The Lovely Bride which had floral accents on the sleeve. On the other side of the venue, Jake and his groomsman relaxed awaiting for the first look with his lovely bride to be. The couple shared their first look the the gardens as their bridal party cheered for them from inside the building. The sun kissed he property perfectly as the couple shared their own hand written vows to each other which gave us all an insight into their relationship. The humor, support and compassion flowed through each of their words with a lot of laughs in-between! It was an incredible energy surrounding Hannah and Jake as they shared their first dance together as husband and wife to the hit song “ simply the best” from the hit show “Schitt’s Creek”. Little did we know the surprised the couple had for their guests! Hannah had one request; Black and white editorial format for her reception which in my option told her story perfectly. Candid, heartfelt and a whole lot of FUN. The guest surround the newly weds on the dance floor the entire evening and showed us what was up! But the party did not stop there. Hannah and Jake surprised guests with not only a secret dress change and choreographed last dance of the evening to Tina Turners, “Simple the Best” to wrap up the theme of their day. It was a moment I will truly remember for the rest of my life. View their stunning moment here on our Instagram page!
