Kallie was the best coordinator and we could not have done it without her!! Even with just having the month-of coordinating, I felt like she was part of the process the whole time and she was so helpful every time I had questions or needed suggestions. Her expertise in this field was much needed and we appreciate her so much!! We had the most perfect day and truly felt like nothing went wrong.

We hired Khloe and her team almost immediately after getting engaged because I knew I could NOT plan this wedding on my own. We had ample time to plan (hired in Augustish of 2023 and got married October 2024.) Since Khloe and her team know this business so well, we trusted their judgement on vendor choices and followed their lead. Khloe knew our budget and never pushed us to the most high-end option, which we appreciated. Having an excel sheet that we all shared was helpful as a one-stop shop for reminders/references. Overall we would recommend using W Events - our wedding was executed perfectly and I never had to lift a finger day of. Thank you Jinny and Khloe!
