Valary was such an accommodating planner who was on top of every step of the process.

Planning for any wedding will have its stresses, but Valary alleviated a major bulk of them, breaking everything down into a digestible schedule, with checkpoints and check-ins to ensure everything fell in place for the big day.

Everything felt seamless with Valary. She listened to our ideas, while helping shape them according to budget and logistic realities without ever compromising on the vision.

Valary helped us find all the right partners to make our wedding everything we could have asked for and more. And because everything was so well planned ahead of time, all we needed to focus on during the wedding was each other, our family, and our guests.

We honestly couldn't have asked for a better planner and we're so grateful to Valary in helping make it such a memorable and seamless experience.

     

This review is a long time coming: Valary helped coordinate our wedding in August, and we had a fantastic experience with her. From the very start, she helped guide us to create the appropriate goals and timelines and regularly met with us to make sure that we were both on track as well as to assist us with difficulties that may arise. She was involved in communicating with all our vendors to ensure that expectations were understood and held from all parties. We appreciated her experience when it came to the types of questions we should be asking vendors and the venue as well as her feedback on our own ideas. She worked with us to create an appropriate day of schedule to make sure we had all the things we wanted, but also, to optimize time as much as possible.

On the day of, Valary and her team played a huge part in us having an amazing day. Everything was on schedule and everybody knew where to go. Throughout the day, we never had to worry about if something was getting done, or if anything needed to be done (decor, setup, arrival of vendors etc.) and were able to stay in the present. Of all of our feedback that we received, there was always a comment about how everything was so organized - and we really need to thank Valary for that. If you and your partner are thinking about getting a coordinator and/or if it fits your budget - DO IT! We can’t thank you enough Valary

     

If you are planning your wedding, you need Valary! From the moment we started planning with her she made the whole experience so enjoyable and stress-free. And for someone who c couldn't be more type-A, I can say with certainty everyone in my life was shocked that I wasn't stressed throughout this whole planning process lol. We have Valary and her killer organization to thank for that :) And not only did she take all the stress out of the planning, but she and her team also executed the most perfect day bringing every aspect of our dream to life!

     

TL; DR: Valary/V&V was instrumental in making our wedding amazing, and made sure that our day went off without a hitch.
We reached out to Valary for month-of coordination help after seeing some really helpful advice on a social media platform. She quickly helped us determine the right fit of engagement for her services based on our needs and the kind of wedding that we wanted.
Along the way, we had a number of planning meetings, where we discussed what kind of wedding we were designing. Valary’s input and experience were extremely helpful in planning catering, a robust cocktail program, floral arrangements, décor, DJ officiant and a slew of other tiny details that I’m forgetting now and probably would have forgotten if I wasn’t told about it. Valary even had a few tricks up her sleeve and equipment (ie we needed extra vases) that we were able to use. Not only was the planning phase helpful, but Valary was extremely fun to work with.
On the day of, Valary was able to shepherd all of the moving parts (and “interesting” relatives) to our plan and my partner and I were shocked that there were no issues and that everything went to plan. We would wholeheartedly recommend Valary’s team and their services.

     

Valary and her team at Vivid & Vogue are amazing to work with, and they should be at the top of your list if you are considering working with a wedding planner. I don't think it is an exaggeration to say that our wedding - from planning to setup to saying 'I do' - would have been a hundred times more stressful without her help.

We worked with Valary using her 'month-of' planning service, and she was also thankfully available to coordinate our floral plan. Valary's attention to detail and creativity is out of this world, and she was also able to help us navigate the needs (and personalities!) of all of our other vendors with ease. There isn't a single aspect of our wedding that wasn't improved by her presence, from the big things (flower selections and amounts, figuring out details with vendors, dinner menus, drink menus, making sure there was a plan for everything) to the little things (invitations, menu layout, signage for guests, selections for linens and candles, and more).

We didn't encounter a single problem or challenge that wasn't easily solved by Valary and her team. If you're at all worried about how stressful or time-consuming planning your own wedding might be, I can say with confidence that you can trust Vivid & Vogue to handle it for you, and they will deliver an amazing experience.
