With more than 20 years of experience of planning and coordination between us, we can honestly say we LOVE weddings. Nahela was such a huge help with our wedding and the planning process. We hired her as our day-of-coordinator about three months before our wedding was set to happen and felt that most of my planning was done. After our first meeting with her, I realized how much there still was to do and she came to our rescue with incredibly helpful documents, emailed reminders, and a ton of patience and understanding. She was a joy to work with and saved our wedding from being a mess!

Nahela was amazing! I think the most important thing to me about her was that she matched my energy. I had talked to other coordinators before her, and I felt unheard. So she listened to me and didn’t push me to go in any direction, but really took my vision and vibe and made sure it happened! She took over all the small last minute details which lifted a huge weight off my shoulders!

Nahela was an amazing wedding coordinator! We hired here for day-of coordination and she was a life saver! From the moment we spoke to her on the phone we knew she would be a perfect fit. She's very friendly, calm, organized, great at communication, and very efficient. She helped tie up all the loose ends of the wedding planning which helped me relax. During the day of the wedding she set up/tore down all décor, guided vendors to where they needed to be, and made sure everything was staying on time. She made our wedding day a breeze! My vision for my wedding day wouldn't have been possible without her help. I highly recommend Nahela for your wedding coordination!
