We feel so lucky to have found Stephy. Even though we only had two months to plan our wedding, she made the entire process feel calm and effortless. She was incredibly organized, responsive, and thoughtful about every detail — and her steady presence and helpful checklists made us feel completely at ease the whole time.

I don’t even know where to start with Stephy! From the very first call, I instantly knew she was my gal. Stephy was easy to talk to, calm, detailed, and organized. That same energy carried through every step of planning and absolutely shone on our wedding day.

Stephy went so far above and beyond for us. She was always kind and caring (we had such similar personalities and expectations for things haha), but at the same time she handled every detail with total professionalism and kept us on track. Although technically hired as a “day-of” coordinator, Stephy was there for us from the moment we hired her. She shared so many helpful tools and resources early on, which were a lifesaver for someone like me who didn’t have a full-service wedding planner. On top of that, she had a wealth of insight about our venue from having coordinated so many weddings there before. Over the past year of working together, I genuinely loved getting to know her, and by the time the big day arrived it felt like having a friend running the show.

On the wedding day itself, Stephy and her assistant were an incredible team. They made everything seamless, a true stress-free bride’s dream. Because of them, I got to be fully present and enjoy every single moment. Everything ran perfectly and we kept hearing from our guests how wonderful she was too!
