Stephy’s Bride Guide

     

We cannot thank Stephy enough for all the help and assistance during our wedding planning process and day of coordination! After the first consultation call, we felt confident that Stephy was the right person for the job. With both my husband and I being type A people we like to think we have everything under control, but the wedding stress definitely snuck up on us. Having Stephy jump in to help three months out was the best decision we made. Our wedding turned out to be the most perfect day - way better than we could've imagined! Although we worried about various details as the day got closer, Stephy was always there to reassure us and guide us in the right direction. Despite only booking her coordination services, she went above and beyond in helping us secure a florist and figure out our decor - giving us nice reminders to stay on top of things along the way. It was so nice to have someone, other than my then fiance, to bounce ideas off of and get recommendations. Stephy is one of the best in the business and knew the ins and outs of our venue. She handled communications with all our other vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. My husband and I were able to fully let go on the wedding day, knowing that Stephy had everything under control - and we can’t thank her enough for that!

     

We worked with Stephy for our wedding in Southern California at Ole Hanson Beach Club. She was the absolute best and because of her, we were able to spend the best day with our family and friends without any worries. She went above and beyond from the very beginning to make sure our day was perfect and really thought through everything (big to little details). Stephy was super responsive, experienced and efficient. She always puts her clients first and think of ways to help deliver our vision in a cost effective way. I can’t recommend Stephy and her team enough. If you’re reading this, it’s a sign to hire her :) Stephy was the first and only planner I reached out to and after our call I immediately knew that she’s well skilled to help us on our big day!

     

We can’t say enough about how great Stephy was. She worked so hard to give us the perfect wedding of our dreams! We could not imagine doing it without her. She was great to communicate and collaborate with, and made everything easy and fun for us! She found the best venue/vendors for our budget, and went the extra mile in every way to make sure our special day as great as it could be. We would highly recommend her!!

     

I had the pleasure of working with Stephy for a rehearsal dinner at the Montage in Laguna Beach, and she was truly incredible. From the start, she was warm, kind, and so easy to work with. Stephy is not only organized and creative, but she’s also thoughtful and genuinely cares about making your vision come to life. She kept everything running smoothly during the planning process and made sure the night of the event felt seamless and stress-free. It was such a joy to work with her, and I can’t recommend her enough!!!

Stephy truly has a gift - she is creative, organized, patient, empathetic, and an overall joy to work with. Her genuine passion and expertise in weddings made the planning experience enjoyable and fun. During the months leading up to our wedding, we had a couple of unforeseen challenges (including a venue change!!) and Stephy was there every step of the way to guide us and make sure we felt comfortable and confident with next steps as we figured things out. As a former event planner, I had high expectations for who I chose to work with, and I couldn’t have been happier with my decision to work with Stephy. She always made herself available to answer questions I had (big or small) and was in consistent contact with me throughout the planning process. She brought forth proactive and creative ideas and suggestions, but always kept my budget in mind which was very much appreciated. Her planning tools helped keep us all organized and on track, and she made sure we were on top of everything and didn’t miss a beat. Planning a wedding is no doubt overwhelming, and with Stephy’s support it I was able to enjoy it. She went above and beyond to make sure my vision came to life, and I couldn’t have imagined working with anyone else.

On the day of the wedding, I was able to relax and fully be in the moment, and that was because of Stephy. Every detail was executed perfectly, and it was truly the best day of our lives. I am so grateful I found Stephy and would recommend her to anyone looking for a planner!!!
