I had the pleasure of working with Stephy for a rehearsal dinner at the Montage in Laguna Beach, and she was truly incredible. From the start, she was warm, kind, and so easy to work with. Stephy is not only organized and creative, but she’s also thoughtful and genuinely cares about making your vision come to life. She kept everything running smoothly during the planning process and made sure the night of the event felt seamless and stress-free. It was such a joy to work with her, and I can’t recommend her enough!!!

     

From our initial consultation call, to the day of the wedding, working with Stephy was a dream and the best decision I made while wedding planning.

Stephy truly has a gift - she is creative, organized, patient, empathetic, and an overall joy to work with. Her genuine passion and expertise in weddings made the planning experience enjoyable and fun. During the months leading up to our wedding, we had a couple of unforeseen challenges (including a venue change!!) and Stephy was there every step of the way to guide us and make sure we felt comfortable and confident with next steps as we figured things out. As a former event planner, I had high expectations for who I chose to work with, and I couldn’t have been happier with my decision to work with Stephy. She always made herself available to answer questions I had (big or small) and was in consistent contact with me throughout the planning process. She brought forth proactive and creative ideas and suggestions, but always kept my budget in mind which was very much appreciated. Her planning tools helped keep us all organized and on track, and she made sure we were on top of everything and didn’t miss a beat. Planning a wedding is no doubt overwhelming, and with Stephy’s support it I was able to enjoy it. She went above and beyond to make sure my vision came to life, and I couldn’t have imagined working with anyone else.

On the day of the wedding, I was able to relax and fully be in the moment, and that was because of Stephy. Every detail was executed perfectly, and it was truly the best day of our lives. I am so grateful I found Stephy and would recommend her to anyone looking for a planner!!!

I cannot recommend Stephy enough! I interviewed over 20 planners and was extremely picky about who I wanted to work with—and from our very first call, I knew Stephy was the one. She had extensive knowledge of our wedding venue, was incredibly friendly and personable, and made me feel so at ease from the very start.

Over the course of more than a year, she helped us plan our dream wedding and truly went above and beyond for us. She was always readily available for long phone calls to talk through any and all details, would text back and forth with me about every little thing, and helped brainstorm creative design ideas. Her input was always spot on, her eye for design is unmatched, and there was truly nothing she wasn’t more than willing to help with. It felt like we were completely in sync throughout the entire process, and I trusted her fully to bring our vision to life.

Wedding planning is largely a series of many seemingly large, expensive, and potentially stressful decisions, but Stephy’s expertise and input made all of our decisions seamless, truly making everything that could have been stressful feel like a non-issue. Additionally, her husband, Nick (who assists her) was equally helpful and friendly, making them such a great team to work with.

If you're looking for someone who is talented, approachable, and fully invested in making your wedding perfect, Stephy is your planner! She made what could have been an overwhelming process not only manageable but genuinely enjoyable.

     

Stephy made my wedding day the best day of my life! Everyone told me that the wedding day goes by so fast, but for me I remember the day so vividly and I was able to actually enjoy it without feeling rushed or anxious at any point because I knew Stephy and her team had everything covered and I am so glad to say that the day went on without any issues!! Throughout the whole planning process, Stephy was there for me and helped me at every step. As much of a planner and detail-oriented person I am, her help and guidance with the vendors really took a big burden off of me and I got to actually enjoy the planning process! She went above and beyond for me- even created content photos and videos during the day of! The best decision I made was hiring her and her team- I recommend her to all of my family and friends who are engaged!
