When we decided to work with Ruban Bleu as our full-time wedding planner, it was based on a friend’s recommendation. Little did we realize at the time that this would turn out to be one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.
The team did an amazing job helping us bring our vision to life. Taking over communications with our vendors three months before our day was a lifesaver, it allowed me and my husband-to-be to focus on us.
What honestly touched me the most about working with Ruban Bleu wasn’t just how organized they were or how smoothly everything ran, though they truly nailed all of that. It was the way they made everyone feel seen, heard, and cared for. They weren’t just doing a job, they were showing up with heart. From the vendors to our families, they treated everyone like part of something special. It didn’t feel like we were just planning a wedding, it felt like we were surrounded by people who genuinely cared about us and our day. And that feeling? You really can’t put a price on it.
We had no idea how much we needed Ruban Bleu until they stepped in. A friend recommended them, and saying yes turned out to be one of the best choices we made. They took over vendor stuff three months out, which gave us room to actually enjoy the moment. More than just being organized, they truly cared and that meant everything.
If I could give more than five stars, I definitely would! Ruban Blue was truly a 10/10 when it came to planning a wedding.
Thanks to them, we were able to enjoy the wedding day, from the bride's brunch and photos, to the ceremony and reception.
One of my favorite things was that they took care of correspondence with all other vendors in the weeks leading up to the event.
At no point did we ever feel rushed or forced into anything.
All of the stressful and generally not “fun” things to deal with in a wedding were dealt with ease because of them. Of course, there were some unavoidable hiccups on the day of, but they were able to problem-solve with us in real time so we could focus on enjoying the company of our guests and not worrying about minor things! I was so grateful for that.

One beautiful thing I’ll keep saying about them was no detail was lost and we did not feel overburdened in any way. At times I swear they knew what i wanted better than I did! They just get it. We discussed and agreed on an overall and itemized budget at the beginning, and they kept us on track throughout.

First advice about weddings I heard was, "if you can, get a wedding planner". But, I didn't get just a planner, I got Ruban Bleu! They were exactly what I needed on my day and preparing for my day.
Our wedding was on a smaller scale and a smaller budget than some of the weddings profiled on Ruban bleu website. And yet, we never felt like less of a priority to them. They gave us the same attention to detail and support as I'm sure they give all their couples.
Through out the wedding planning process, we can’t count the number of times we said thank goodness we have ruban bleu with us. There were so many little details we did not even think about, because we didn't need to.

It's been a couple of weeks since my wedding and looking back at how smoothly and perfectly it went, it’s in large part thanks to Ruban Bleu! To say they helped with our wedding is an understatement, they were amazing every step of the way. From helping find vendors, to the efficient email communications, their perfect advice, and truly handling any of all of my changes/questions/wishes, ruban bleu handled it all with such grace and professionalism. Any stress I ever felt, they always had a solution and took the stressful load off of me which was such a gift in itself. I loved how personal it felt to work with them.
