Destination Weddings Tulum or DWT, as we like to call it, is a destination wedding planning agency based in the Riviera Maya, in the beautiful village of Tulum. The agency was created by Gwenaelle Grosset back in 2008 Gwen, a French-born and raised woman, arrived in Mexico 15 years ago to follow her dream of living a different experience. After a degree in Quality and Information system engineering, she came to Tulum to follow her Mexican lover and now life partner and son’s dad. She began to work in the hotel industry and found herself passionate about all the events and groups that took place at the hotel, remembering the family meetings during holidays in Brittany back in France… Then she became an onsite wedding planner at the first Luxury All-Inclusive Hotel in town, Azul Blue Tulum. After a year of plenty of new experiences and great connections at this venue, she decided to start her own agency. 12 years ago it was the first wedding planning agency in Tulum and a dream came true for her, as she became an entrepreneur in the touristic service sector! We now create our client’s dream wedding and make sure they have a memorable experience here in our small paradise. We are a team of 10 passionate wedding professionals from all over the world - and we love to work together after all those years. We love to share with our clients all our expertise and hidden gems to cover the many areas of wedding planning (wedding planning, design, logistics, and coordination as well as a concierge). We are dedicated to making destination party natural, exclusive, blithe, and enchanting! Our services are unique every time. They reflect your dreams for your wedding.
