Sarah and her team at Blanc Weddings were absolutely incredible. After going to a wedding planned by Sarah almost 6 years ago, we knew that if we were ever going to get married we could never use another planner because nothing would ever compare. Here we are 6 years later- just a few weeks after we had our absolute DREAM wedding in Tuscany Italy. My husband and I work long hours, which meant our time for planning a wedding was very limited- Sarah, Giuditta, and Camilla at Blanc Weddings did not see this as a problem at all! During the entire planning process Sarah took my vision and worked absolute MAGIC, every single detail I couldn’t even begin to think of on my own, was absolute perfection. Not only were our guests raving about this as the best wedding they have ever been to, (still hearing about it! ) it was far beyond any event we have ever been to ourselves! The best part about this team is, they are so on top of everything that we were actually able to feel like guests of honor, rather than hosts, and enjoy every single moment of the celebration, because there was not one single thing we had to think about- Blanc Weddings handled EVERYTHING. We worked with Blanc Weddings for our wedding in Tuscany in May 2023. We were looking for a planner who would give us guidance on everything from venues to vendors and everything in between! We were planning the wedding from the US and didn't speak fluent Italian, so we really needed a planner that would truly do everything. Blanc was wonderful - they gave us a few options for every vendor and helped us narrow down our choices. They provided guidance when we needed it (we're SO glad Sarah convinced us to have a wedding video!) and helped us make our vision happen through a labor-filled search for the right band. Most importantly, the day of the wedding they had no fewer than 5 people there making sure everything ran smoothly and without a hitch. If either of us so much as looked up with a confused look on our face, there was someone by our side within seconds to do anything needed to make our wedding weekend easy and perfect. The guests, the families, and us (the bride and groom) had the best time! Thank you!

Our journey to make our wedding happen was a long one— we had planned everything for sept 2020 and then derailed through the pandemic. Through the two year delay and complete reorganization of an already complicated destination wedding, we were so grateful to have them as our rock. They continued with all communication and never let us down. When the time finally came, everything went smoothly thanks to her hard work.
