Our destination wedding planning services are perfect for you to relax and let someone take care of the whole shebang.We have 10 years of experience planning and executing stunning, unique and most importantly, fun weddings for international couples getting married in the Riviera Maya, we are located in Mexico, and have the inside scoop on how to get things done and make them awesome!Working with amazing couples to help them to bring their personalities, styles, and visions to life on the most important day is the best feeling ever, it is a job that we we absolutely adore!!

WOW, Arlenis and her team were just incredible. We were a little nervous planning our wedding over zoom and email but she made it a breeze. No question was a dumb one and she made our crazy ideas come to life. She helped us plan our Tulum welcome event, wedding, and day after pool party. We could not have done this without her!
Arlenis is extremely detail oriented and made sure all our guests that had food allergies were well taken care of. My mom has a lot of allergies and she was able to enjoy herself at all of our wedding events. She helped us navigate tricky situations and even made things right when we couldn’t have the mariachi band at our welcome event. Seriously, she and her team are the best!
Our wedding day was perfect. We were really able to let go and focus on us while Arlenis ran all the events. The timeline that she put together was perfect. We had many guests come up to us and say this was the best wedding they have ever been at!
When we met her at the final walk through we felt a sense of ease. She handled all the little things and made sure the venue and other vendors were on the same page. It was so seamless for us! We felt like royalty since we didn’t have to lift a finger. We did make a few DiY items and she handled them with no issue. Her deep relationships with our vendors showed and they all made our day perfect.

We are so grateful that we had Arlenis to plan our wedding for us. I have no idea how we could have done it without her. I am someone who likes to have complete control of things and gets nervous about trusting others with big important things, like my wedding! Planning a wedding in another country, never being able to meet the vendors or even see our venue before booking it, to say I was nervous is an understatement. But from the second we first spoke to Arlenis over the phone, she put my mind at ease. I never doubted her for a second and completely trusted her to take our vision for our wedding and turn it into reality. And she did just that. I was completely blown away by how she somehow magically could see inside our heads and make our dream Tulum wedding real. It was such a beautiful day, full of so much joy and love, and we couldn't have done it without Arlenis. It actually rained on our wedding, and I was so worried the day would be ruined. Arlenis seamlessly made adjustments to our wedding day in ways that made it look like the cocktail hour and reception were always supposed to be set up indoors, nobody knew. The set-up for both locations were beautiful and even better than what I had envisioned. I highly recommend her and wouldn't trust anyone else for such an important day. She is an incredibly kind, fun, and loving person. It felt like we had a close friend planning our wedding. We are so glad that we were introduced to her. Our wedding wouldn't have been what is was without her.
