My daughter, Lorelei, and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Pamela Franssen for Lorelei's wedding in March 2024. We had already interviewed several great wedding planners before we spoke to Pamela but the moment we got off the video call with Pamela, Lorelei and I looked at each other and said "this is the one". From that day onward, planning the wedding was a dream which resulted in the most perfect and magical wedding day. Pamela was always professional but also warm and friendly and we now consider her a family friend. She also has the best temperament for this role as she is gentle and patient and never says no it can't be done. Furthermore, she made the process fun, exciting and inspiring. She gave us every opportunity to be creative and understood Lorelei's vision for the day, introducing us to vendors who were able to interpret that vision into reality. As important, though Pamela is very experienced in high end events she also knew how to keep us within our budget and was able to advise us where to put our time and money to get the biggest impact. In addition, though we changed our minds many times along the way Pamela was often one step ahead of us already anticipating the change, offering a solution and never in any way showing any frustration with our last-minute additions. Of course, such a perfect wedding could not happen without a great team and Pamela had a wonderful one, but we really appreciated the fact that she was our one point of contact for everything so there was continuity and excellent communication. Thank you, Amy Abbott, for introducing us to Pamela and for giving Lorelei everything she desired on one of the happiest days of her life.
