Going in, I've never personally worked with a professional photographer before. I immediately recognized Brittany’s ability to capture unspoken moments and details that could tell a visual story. We knew we wanted to hire Brittany after the initial consultation. She was very flexible and wanted to expand her portfolio to make it more diverse and inclusive. Before the big day, I hoped that proper lighting & color correction wouldn't be an issue as well as hoped she could direct us in order to get the best representation and angles out of us to yield the poses/looks we wanted to come away with. Brittany and her team integrated with the wedding day seemlessly- many of the shots I had no idea they captured. And the ones we posed for were done in such a way it felt & looked natural. My favorite thing about our wedding photos is the pure joy in the smiles of everyone. This was the most pleasant experience that allowed me to be authentic & still look absolutely beautiful at every angle, candid or posed. I now feel more comfortable in front of the camera.
