Hey Honey Photography

     

I found Hey Honey on Instagram via a friend of a friend. I was immediately drawn to the photo's natural/polished look and the genuine enjoyment on the couple's faces. After phone interviews with about 5-6 photographers I was immediately at ease with Anna. She was incredibly prepared for our conversation, asked thoughtful/thorough questions, and seemed genuinely excited at the opportunity to work with us. It was an easy yes after that call!
The engagement session was more fun than we could have imagined. She gave great direction and was really playful. It was a great experience to warm us up for the big day.
Anna offered to join my mom, florist and I at a venue walkthrough. I was really blown away that she went above and beyond to do that.
The day of was a little tricky because we were working around rain but she was prepared and gave great direction. She brought a second photographer and they did a great job together, it made a world of difference.
Overall you will find that Anna's warmth feels like a friend and with her organization and confidence you know you're with a pro. She made the whole experience feel unique and special even though she does this regularly. I would definitely choose her again!

     

Anna was fantastic - very well coordinated in all of the logistics leading up to our engagment shoot and wedding. Provided great direction in terms of posing, and preplanned a lot of great locations. The photos themselves were amazing and we really appreciated the early sneak peak polaroids as well.

     

Anna is a wonderful and amazing photographer. My husband and I were a little awkward during our engagement shoot and she just made it so fun and comfortable! She guided us throughout the entire shoot and accommodated everything we wanted. She was also our wedding photographer. She worked so well with all of our vendors and was such a gem. She accommodated all of our and our family's requests. She was also very thoughtful about all the details. She worked with us pre-wedding to get the agenda organized so that we can make sure to get the shots we wanted, she sent us our wedding album with such thoughtful designs, and she also gave us polaroid of our sneak peek shots on the night of our wedding! Overall, we enjoyed working with her and loved having her as our photographer. I would definitely recommend her to anyone and everyone!

     

Hey Honey Photography is the best. She took pictures for my proposal at the beach & she was very creative with different poses in different areas of the beach. It rained the whole time we were there & it didn’t affect her negatively at all. She was a trooper for us. Very easy to have a conversation with & very helpful. Definately recommend.

     

Anna is an AMAZING photographer. I was loosing hope finding a photographer for my wedding and discovering Anna was the BEST decision I ever made. Not only is she personable but she is so kind and she will go ABOVE AND BEYOND for your photo needs. I knew when I was filling out her inquiry form that she was the photographer for me when I saw Chuck and Blair (CHAIR FTW from gossip girl) on her form. She was very prompt in everything she does and she started off with calling me and getting to know me and all about my wedding. Throughout the preparation process she was there for me for even NON photo needs. She felt like a best friend who is so supportive. We had an AMAZING engagement at Muir Woods and my husband and I was very nervous because we never done a photo shoot before and we are two awkward turtles LOL, but once again, Anna came through and walked us through all the INSTAGRAM-WORTHY photos. We were slaying~ lol There were many moments we laughed and we had a great time. After the shoot she uploaded all the photos for us in a gallery for us to view and purchase if we like. GOSH we loved the photos. Honestly, after your wedding, and your big moment, photos are what you can look back on because video formats are always changing but printed photos can last centuries to come. On the day of the wedding, Anna was WELL PREPARED (she is a godsend) and she had one other photographer with her (also named Anna) and both of them made us feel so comfortable even though we were running a little bit behind the schedule. After the wedding (This made me cry [tears of joy of course[) but Anna surprised us with printed Polaroids of the wedding photos she took. I CRIED, my Best friends Cried, we all Cried. It was definitely a bittersweet moment because I wish I can be with Anna more. When we were planning the wedding album she sent me a draft and I just approved it because I thought it as good, but Anna was like nononono somethings up there was no comments.TBH i was so happy with her work, any layout is beautiful lolI. It felt SURREAL when the actual album was delivered by FEDEX. My best friends happened to be there when it was delivered and we were in tears again gushing about our happy day..... The album was SO HIGH QUALITY. IT WAS LIKE IT WAS MADE FOR HEIRLOOM. Leather bound, pages were THICC (yes with 2 C's) and I was just BLOWN AWAY (yet again) by Anna's quality even till the VERY END!!!!! I will DEFINITELY hire Anna again for any future photos like Christmas photos, anniversary photos, Boudoir shot, ANYTHING!!!! This woman is AMAZING and I have nothing but good things to say about her. Anna you are truly amazing and I hope nothing but good for your small business.
