Hitchcock Paper Co. is a boutique stationery shop overlooking the river in historic Occoquan, Virginia. We present beautiful and high quality paper products from a wide selection of artists, small businesses, and favorite brands. In addition to cards and stationery we carry a curated selection of journals, calendars, gift wrap, craft supplies, planners, calligraphy supplies, pens, and artwork.

Prior to our 2018 retail expansion, Hitchcock was a custom design studio for 10 years in the Washington, DC/Northern Virginia area. Owner Sarah Hitchcock Burzio has designed invitations and event stationery for prestigious events such as the Kennedy Center Honors, the Washington National Opera Ball, National Symphony Orchestra Gala, Kennedy Center Spring Gala, the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor, Folger Shakespeare Library Gala, Arena Stage Gala, and more.

Our design team is excited to hear about your wedding plans and help you design a gorgeous invitation suite or day-of paper goods for your big day. In person and virtual appointments are available weekdays and weekends (walk in's cannot be accommodated at this time).
