The Warrior will be the new luxury offering in the heart of downtown and will fly Marriott's first ever, in Siouxland, Autograph Collection Flag. The hotel's motto reflects the Autograph Collection's motto, "Exactly like Nothing else." The Warrior was built in 1930's and is being meticulously renovated. Opening in August of 2020, we will be the upper, upscale luxury hotel in Northwest Iowa. We offer dedicated services, elevated culinary design, a majestic ballroom, slipper room and outdoor private terrace attached to your ballroom. The property will have a rooftop bar, bowling alley, full-service Spa, retail and indoor swimming pool and spa. Our 148 hotel rooms will be "Exactly Like, Nothing Else," featuring Toto Washlets, in-mirror bathroom TV's, mini bars stocked with local favorites.
