Worst wedding day of my life. I had two weddings one on the 24th and the other on the 25th at a different venue. The experience was night and day. The Sunset room created chaos for me the week leading up and the day off. They had an onsite tour while my vendors were preparing for my guests during my paid time. They had open ceilings with leaks. They were mean and not accommodating in anyway. They caused me a great deal of emotional stress and turmoil. For the $11K I had to pay for the space, it was the worst venue of my life. I’ve dined at the nicest restaurants all over the world, nothing supersedes excellent service and a dedication to do right by your guest. Stay away!
