Cortez Dockside Cottages

As one of the few completely private event venues in Manatee County, Cortez Dockside Cottages is the perfect space to host your upcoming event.  Located in the heart of the historic Cortez Fishing Village, our one acre property has five newly renovated 1930's cottages that serve as accommodations for you and your VIP guests for up to seven nights. The site fee includes access to the entire property:  The waterfront Courtyard, perfect for a ceremony or dinner under the stars, the custom-built Boat House with wrap-around bar, the 150' five-slip Dock, and a lush grassy field, perfect for a reception.  The mangrove trees and native landscape provide an amazing backdrop for your photos, and the twinkling lights add an element of magic to our quiet paradise.  We can't wait to share it with you!
