Our experience with The Tuscan Wedding was truly spectacular. From the very beginning, Daniela distinguished herself among the other wedding planners we considered. Her ability to translate our vague ideas into vivid recommendations on the spot was nothing short of magical. Throughout the planning process, Daniela skillfully managed a strict timeline without ever making us feel stressed. Hosting us in Italy for major decisions such as catering and flowers, she navigated any differences of opinion, aligning us as a couple. Her calming presence accompanied us every step of the way.

Fast forward to the three-day wedding weekend, and the team's attention to detail was remarkable. They anticipated our needs and preemptively answered questions, allowing us to savor every second of the celebration. Three instances stand out that exemplify their exceptional service:

1. Concerned about her veil/dress catching on the stone stairs during the ceremony, Daniela not only practiced with the bride moments before but also had a plan in place to address any potential issues.

2. During dinner, emotional from speeches, the bride’s contact lens got blurry. The team immediately noticed and retrieved a replacement from our room, ensuring she didn't miss a moment.

3. A particularly touching moment occurred when my father was in pain from kidney stones. The team organized an ambulance to the venue, managed translations and phone calls, and even personally brought him back from the hospital at 10pm. Their support went above and beyond our expectations.

After the wedding, the team reached out for feedback, showcasing their commitment to excellence. Embarking on the journey of planning our wedding with The Tuscan Wedding was a decision I'll forever cherish. Our circumstances were unique; we had just 3.5 months, having decided last minute to switch planners. Given our tight timelines, I was quite anxious about the entire planning process. However, Daniela and her team at The Tuscan Wedding quickly and calmly addressed all my requests, patiently alleviating my concerns. We were able to schedule frequent calls, and they expertly prioritized the tasks, ensuring nothing felt overwhelming. That gave me a massive amount of reassurance.

The team always had someone ready to assist, even on days when they were tending to other weddings. This was a game-changer for me, especially since my wedding was scheduled for later in the season. 2. A Strong Network: They have years of experience in the industry which has earned them an impeccable reputation among vendors. They seem to know practically everyone! Their recommendations were spot-on, tailored to my personality and preferences. I greatly appreciated their candidness.
3. Seamless Wedding Day: On the actual wedding day, they had a sizable team on-site, allowing me to focus solely on feeling my best. They ensured all vendors were well-coordinated, adhering to the schedule, and handled every detail. This meant I could truly immerse myself in the joy of the day, cherishing moments with my husband and guests.

Daniela and the Tuscan Wedding team delivered us the wedding of our dreams. They handled everything-vendors, venue, even booked a dinner for our bridal party in Florence when we arrived. It took two years for us to plan our wedding, and Daniela was with us every step of the way, taking our input and turning it into real proposals very quickly. We had very little to do in the end besides decide what we wanted and show up to our ceremony.

If you want a less stressful wedding experience, my advice is book a destination wedding, and if you want your destination wedding to feel like a movie, hire the Tuscan Wedding.

     

A little more than one year later, and we're finally sitting down to intentionally reflect on how essential The Tuscan Wedding was to our magnificent wedding. It went smoothly from the day we hired them, through our COVID-postponement, to our departure week.

Of critical importance for an outdoor event is the weather, and Daniela will tell you that she can't control the weather. However, we're convinced she's only being humble and doesn't want to reveal her magic powers! Rain and high winds were forecasted throughout our weekend, and somehow, our wedding day was bright and sunny! Nevertheless, they came prepared with a full back-up plan.

In all actuality, Daniela's team is phenomenal. I'm an over-planner and anxious person and was no different when we needed to vet overseas wedding planners to find someone we trusted and felt comfortable with. The Tuscan Wedding paired us with Francesca, who unfortunately had to leave the firm during COVID. Daniela and her team took extra care to ensure we felt that things were under control and we'd be taken care of. Their consideration and communication was of special importance when we opted to postpone our wedding due to COVID. Within 48-hours we had confirmation that all our vendors confirmed our new date.

We had a small wedding of 22 people, but it didn't feel small. We were nervous about vendor minimums considering our budget and limited number of people. Daniela worked with them, and the vendors opted to add some complementary features and/or services that really took the event to the next level.

The Tuscan Wedding made sure we felt that we were priority number one for them and all our vendors. If anyone had trouble booking a room, they would personally call the venue. One time, they offered to drive over if we had any further issues. We never had a problem after that, and the venue remained accommodative.

Two days before the wedding, during our site visit, we were reassured that The Tuscan Wedding was the right planner. Daniela is a Boss. We were apprehensive about a couple parts of the plan, but the changes we asked for were no issue. A little back-and-forth between Daniela and the venue's manager resulted in staff being called to confirm all the changes would be made. Easy!

Daniela assured us that they would make sure the day-of went smoothly, even when we opted not to have a rehearsal. The team made sure everyone was where they needed to be, we were pointed exactly where to go, and they made sure that they stayed out of the way of everything. There wasn't a single hiccup and we had nothing to worry about.

From the time we arrived in the country and throughout the event, her and her team were in regular contact, and available for our families. At the beginning, we had fairly limited vision for what the day could be, and the whole event was more than we ever imagined. One more recommendation, if you haven't already decided to book them: just say "yes" when they suggest fireworks.

We could not be more grateful for everything they did for us, we'll cherish the memories they helped us create, and we can't wait to have Daniela plan our 10-year anniversary party.

From the very beginning, Martina and Frederico were on top of every single detail and decision. After every call, they provided a follow-up with our updated budget and items that needed to be completed. All while we formed an amazing relationship with our planners who listened to our every opinion and idea, then executed it to perfection with patience and dedication. It was surprisingly a very stress-free planning process.

As for the wedding weekend, words alone are not enough for how unbelievable our entire celebration was, thanks to our planners! It was well beyond our imagination. Every detail was thought of. Every minute was perfectly planned. We had the most memorable weekend of our lives. Our family and friends could not have been more impressed with the planning and organization our planners provided throughout the weekend. They even hand-sewed a ripped dress of a bridesmaid. They were there cleaning up and planning till 4AM and back at 7AM to start prepping for the next event. We were blown away by their hard work.

It's difficult to plan a wedding abroad when you're so far and can't see every option available in person. Finding a team of planners that you trust is essential. It allows you to focus on enjoying your time, instead of worrying about the food, timing, planning, guests, etc. Martina and Frederico did just that. We could not be more grateful to our talented planners for making our dream wedding possible. Their services were worth every penny and more. I would pay double to hire them again. I would recommend them to any family/friend considering a wedding in Tuscany. Your expectations will be blown away as were ours!
