There truly aren’t enough words to capture how exceptional Stephy is, or how grateful I am for everything she did for our wedding. From the very first introductory phone call, I knew she was the one. Unlike every other planner I interviewed, Stephy never felt transactional. She approached the entire process with genuine heart and loyalty, taking the time to truly get to know us as people first. That personal connection made all the difference.

Stephy goes so far above and beyond the typical role of a wedding planner. She voluntarily met with vendors on our behalf, picked up items, found creative alternatives when needed, and always protected our vision while never overstepping. Her industry connections were invaluable—whenever I had a specific idea or vendor in mind, she could recommend someone even better who elevated the result and often saved us money in the process. She is endlessly patient, kind, understanding, and flexible. No matter the vision or personality of the couple, she adapts seamlessly and makes it feel completely effortless.

On the wedding day itself, Stephy was our absolute anchor. She knew every detail cold and carried the most calming, steady presence. My family and I leaned on her completely, and even our guests commented on how positive, charming, and supportive she was throughout the day. Whenever my nerves started to spiral, I only had to look at Stephy and I immediately felt grounded again.

Stephy and her assistant Jersey are truly irreplaceable. Anyone lucky enough to work with them is in the best hands imaginable. They created a day that exceeded every expectation I had and gave us the most beautiful, seamless celebration I could have dreamed of. Stephy was incredibly organized and on top of every detail throughout the entire planning process. As someone with a very Type A personality, I appreciated how she catered to my specific needs and always made sure I felt informed, comfortable, and confident every step of the way.

She advocated for us with vendors, handled issues before they became problems, and involved me as much—or as little—as I wanted. On the wedding day, she was active, present, and completely in control. She also brought such a calming presence during our rehearsal the night before, which helped ease any nerves.

There wasn't a single moment during the wedding when I felt like something had gone wrong, and I know that's because Stephy was behind the scenes making sure everything ran seamlessly. A specific moment that stands out is when the guests were becoming colder than anticipated. I texted Stephy and within seconds the heaters were on their way out. I was able to be fully present and enjoy every second while she handled everything else.

Beyond her professionalism, Stephy is incredibly personable, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares about her couples. She has a special way of making each bride feel important and supported, especially through her thoughtful texts and check-ins during the week leading up to the wedding.

Where do I even begin! Stephy truly made our dreams come true. She was genuinely the most calm, organized, kind, and thoughtful wedding planner ever. She answered all my random questions thoughtfully and with precision.
