Stephanie Waltrip Weddings

     

Stephanie and her piano duo Oskar performed our ceremony music. She was a joy to work with and very responsive - I had a very specific (and somewhat untraditional) song I wanted when I was walking down the aisle and she was able to learn the song and sing it perfectly! I wish I could have been a guest at my own ceremony to hear Stephanie sing more! If your on the fence about hiring Stephanie, just do it. You won't regret it! :)

     

We cannot recommend Stephanie enough. From our very first meeting, she was incredibly organized, professional, and on top of every detail. She walked us through everything we needed to start thinking about for the wedding day and helped us understand all of our options for timing, music, and setup, which made the planning process feel so much easier and less stressful. Although we used our own officiant, she gave us guidance on what advice to give our officiant, and she played music during the ceremony, even providing a microphone and speaker. She was also fantastic with communication throughout the entire process. Leading up to the wedding, she was always responsive, proactive, and clear, which gave us so much confidence that everything was handled. Even during the wedding day itself, she kept everything running smoothly and made sure we always knew what was happening from a music and timing perspective.

On the wedding day, she arrived ahead of schedule to make sure she had plenty of time to set everything up perfectly. We had live music in two different areas of the venue, and she handled both setups seamlessly. She also brought speakers and lighting that completely elevated the atmosphere and made the venue feel even more exciting and special.

Most importantly, she absolutely nailed the music. She played exactly the kind of songs and vibe we wanted, and our guests were dancing and having an amazing time all night. Beyond being incredibly talented, she is genuinely so kind, easy to work with, and thoughtful throughout the entire process.

She played such a huge part in making our wedding feel perfect, and we are so grateful we chose her. Highly recommend!!

     

We had the pleasure of hiring Stephanie and her band friends for a private party at a villa in Tamarindo. Six couples in their 60's and 70's enjoyed her singing and performance. It was a night full of dancing to music that brought us back to our younger years. So much talent from each member. If you get the opportunity to be able to see them perform, go see them. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening! Many thanks for the memories.

     

We met Stephanie three years ago when she was singing in Tamarindo, fell in love with her voice and personality. When we decided to get married in Tamarindo we were beside ourselves when we found out she was a Wedding Official. We began the planning process April 2025. She was absolutely amazing with her detail and communication with us over the past year.
Helping us plan everything, she would contact us on WhatsApp to make sure everything was covered on a regular bases.
The big day came a Sunset Wedding on the beach she delivered an incredible detailed service of our lives together it was like she had known us forever. The service was followed by her music and dance it was absolutely perfect we could have asked for more.
