DodiciSessanta

I introduce myself, my name is Silvia, and I am a ceramic artist with a particular passion for porcelain. DodiciSessanta is my line of products designed for the living space, with a special focus on tableware design. Every piece I produce is entirely handmade in my studio in Savignano sul Rubicone, Italy. I try to create very thin surfaces to emphasize the properties that make porcelain special, such as translucency and strength, guaranteed by high-temperature firing. During the crafting process, something is deliberately left to chance: a crooked edge or a casual movement in the clay characterizes the uniqueness of each product. This is why small differences between objects of the same type should be considered a value rather than a flaw.
