Claudie’s Catering & Restaurant is a French family-owned business located in Sarasota, Florida. Founded by Chef Claude Sagne, who brings nearly two decades of culinary and catering experience from France, Claudie’s delivers an authentic taste of French cuisine to the Gulf Coast.
Blending tradition with creativity, the team offers customized menus for weddings, private gatherings, and corporate events, always prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Claudie’s unique 1951 Citroën U23 food truck, restored and brought from France, adds a distinctive touch of elegance and charm to any event.
At Claudie’s, every meal is crafted with passion, precision, and a genuine love for sharing French hospitality.
Claudie’s offers a warm and welcoming private dining room that can accommodate up to 85 guests.
