As a premise, I generally HATE giving bad reviews. I fully recognize that doing so can have a huge impact on someone's livelihood and really struggled about posting this review. However, I really wish I had known in advance what I was getting when I hired Gloria. She failed to do what we asked despite us providing detailed step by step instructions for setup, lost valuable and important items, and was rude to and bullied the bride and groom, the families, and the vendors. She also failed to communicate adequately with vendors about the timeline and never once checked in to make sure the bride and groom were doing OK prior to either ceremony. Several vendors complained to us during the wedding about her lack of skills and professionalism. I could honestly go on and on and have provided Gloria with detailed notes, but brides should be extremely cautious hiring her. I genuinely think things would have gone smoother and been less stressful if we never hired her at all.
