Rena is an exceptionally talented and professional wedding planner and designer. I engaged her services for my wedding in June 2022 on the Greek island of Samos. From the initial review of her portfolio, I knew that her aesthetic aligned really well with mine: elegant & sophisticated; timeless yet modern. Rena immediately understood my vision and delivered it perfectly.

Rena was always easily available via email, text or video call and communication was always open and flowing. She was able to understand my requests without much direction and was amazing at getting the job done without having to involve me too much; she always asked the right amount of follow-up questions, but never overburdened me with the very, very small details. Since Samos is not a well developed island in terms of the wedding industry, all of our furniture & art de la table rentals and FRESH FLOWERS had to be ferried from Athens to the island. Rena arranged all of this successfully; she is well versed in the logistics of destination wedding planning.

She managed all of our vendors and even helped us to receive various quotes from similar vendors as to be sure we were receiving the best possible prices. As my husband and I live in Munich, she regularly had video calls with us while visiting vendors in Athens so we would be able to see all of the offerings live. In addition, some of our other vendors were secured by us prior to hiring Rena and she worked seamlessly with them. She was also exceptionally professional in helping us to work with our venue and was particularly persuasive in areas where they were reluctant. She is very successful at problem resolution and always had a solution for all of my requests.

Rena is a well organized, detail-oriented person with a calming demeanor - all traits that you want in a wedding planner! As I am American, Rena was able to quickly understand American wedding traditions and incorporate them easily. The day of the wedding was absolutely perfect - not a single flower was out of place and Rena kept everything on schedule based on the schedule we had developed together. She was also a calming presence throughout the day. My expectations were high, but she certainly exceeded them.

Not only did Rena do the complete planning & design concept for the wedding, she also helped to provide recommendations for all of our guests in Athens and made herself readily available for any of our guests should they need any help during their stay before or after the wedding.

Rena went above and beyond for us in all aspects of our wedding and she very easily became like a part of our family!
