Oltre Studio is a destination weddings agency based in Venice but operating throughout Italy, specializing in elevating every event to a level of absolute elegance and exclusivity. Frequently asked questions.

How do you organize your work and how will we follow the process of planning our wedding? We work on an online platform where each of our couples has access to a private section where they will find checklists, appointments, to-do lists, contracts and budget plans so that everything is always shared and under control. We will communicate mainly by email and video calls will be scheduled as needed. 

Will you personally attend my event? Yes! We will be personally on-site, in person, for every event we produce and although we have a staff working alongside us, we always lead every single event at Oltre Studio!

How many weddings do you plan per year? We care about giving exclusivity and care, which is why we don't take more than one wedding per weekend and try never to attend more than 15 weddings throughout the year.

What area do you work in? All over Italy, from our magical Venice to Tuscany, Umbria, Sicily.
