Nicole was a great partner from Day 1. Operating in a coordinator role, she added a ton of value with organizational tools and advice. From all the prep work in the lead-up, to troubleshooting some difficult vendors (and doing so discreetly!), to coordinating all of the puzzle pieces of the day, we truly could not have had such a special day without Nicole (and her awesome assistant). It was surreal to see all of our collective hard work in action throughout the day and will be memories we cherish for the rest of our lives.

Nicole was an amazing wedding planner from start to finish. We had an unusually long engagement due to COVID, but Nicole stuck with us for every bit of our 2 year planning process! She provided excellent insight into the wedding process, and always was available through email or video calls whenever we had questions or updates.
On the wedding day, Nicole and her team did an amazing job executing a very tightly-packed schedule starting from the night before, where she led us through the rehearsal and even picked up a last minute request to help us mark our name cards for food service the next day. Nicole and her team made it feel like a seamless transition from the first look venue to our actual wedding ceremony venue, and they did an amazing job at flipping the room from the ceremony to reception setup while the guests were at the cocktail hour.
Nicole made the planning experience a bit more manageable with her expertise and knowledge of the process and industry, and you won’t go wrong in choosing her to help with your special day!
We loved working with Nicole through our wedding planning process. She was always available to brainstorm with, and was always happy to provide gut checks when we weren’t sure about what choice to make. The closer we got to the wedding, the more integral she became. About a month before the wedding, Nicole realized we hadn’t discussed a couple items, and she quickly jumped in with suggestions and ideas (which were incredible). Two weeks before the wedding, she noticed that our venue had misunderstood a step in our planning, and she very quickly stepped in to rectify the situation. The week of the wedding was a breeze as she stepped in to check with our vendors and make sure everything was on track. On the big day itself, she checked in with both of us to make sure we had everything we needed and we were calm and ready to go. The wedding and reception both went off without a hitch, and we are so grateful for her help. Our experience could have been much more stressful or confusing, and instead it felt seamless. When it came time to plan our wedding my fiance and I knew that we were going to need to find someone trusted to help guide us through the wedding process because of our busy schedules, no prior wedding planning experience, and input coming in from family left and right.
The single most impactful decision we made that resulted in our perfect wedding was our decision to work with Nicole as our wedding planner.
From our first phone call with Nicole, we could tell how genuine she was about her business. Nicole is welcoming, approachable, understanding, and worked well with our tendency to get overwhelmed and need some encouragement. We looked forward to our calls with Nicole because she clearly laid out each step of the planning process and how best to accomplish it. Outside of our calls, Nicole would respond promptly in a detailed and understandable way to each part of our emails. She often checked in on us and kept us on track. Nicole is the exact personality of someone who can handle the million tiny details of a wedding and make it look easy. We especially appreciated her assistance organizing everything in her online program Aisle Planner. She worked closely with us to build a minute-by-minute schedule we could use and send to our families and wedding party. She contacted our vendors beforehand and made sure everyone knew the timeline.
Nicole came out to tour our venue at the Berkeley Brazilian Room. She took charge and asked all the right questions to confirm we would have what we needed the day of our wedding. She took down details about the floor plans to help make mock ups of the room. She was a confident and prepared presence. She led our wedding rehearsal and efficiently and painlessly prepared everyone in our wedding party.
The day of the wedding, Nicole came and checked in on the wedding party in their getting ready rooms. She made sure the wedding party was ready to go. She even pinned on the groomsmen’s boutonnieres!
Nicole orchestrated over a dozen vendors to ensure our venue was perfectly set up like we discussed. It was so incredibly beautiful! We were so grateful that she had all of the vendors’ contact information, knew when they would arrive, and she handled any last minute challenges that popped up. Everyone was so appreciative of that! Both sides of our families said that they were able to relax during our wedding thanks to Nicole. She and her day-of assistant Mary even came with an earpiece com-system so they could talk back and forth to coordinate things without disturbing the event. It was each little thing, down to her “just in case” kit that I needed in the getting ready room that made me feel so taken care of. I just knew no one else could have been who Nicole was for us throughout this entire process.
Thanks to Nicole’s excellent work, we were able to relax and enjoy every moment of our beautiful dream-come-true wedding. I wholeheartedly recommend Nicole to my friends and family! You won’t regret working with Nicole, she’ll forever be a friend of the family!
