Events Weddings Mexico is a wedding planning company based in Playa del Carmen, Mexico and Oaxaca (city and coast - Puerto Escondido). The team has specialized in organizing weddings and events since 2007, with a large experience as wedding planners in luxury hotels in Riviera Maya. We plan any kind of wedding (symbolic, religious, civil) and we are specialized in spiritual, mayan and nature weddings and elopements. Our service includes budget analysis, day of coordination, event design, full planning or partial planning, consultation and vendor referrals.

We work with our partner Spirituality Riviera Maya for spiritual, symbolic, prehispanic, mayan and zapotec weddings.

BEST DECISION EVER to work with Sara and team. Sara is absolutely amazing! She made everything go smoothly and on time! We had a dilemma come up the night before the wedding (of course right). So, I’m almost panicking because it’s 5pm on a Sunday and I inform her of what’s going on with my hotel. By 730pm, I had a new location to get ready, transportation was arranged and everything was handled. I couldn’t believe it!! I seriously cannot thank her enough for setting up the most amazing and beautiful elopement ever!! The Mayan ceremony was gorgeous and they made you feel very comfortable/relaxed and truly capture the moment between you both. It was so beautiful that I am getting a recording of the whole ceremony. Everyone was so sweet after when they were taking photos with us too! THIS IS YOUR SIGN TO BOOK WITH THEM! You won’t regret it! Thank you again

This was our first trip away from our kids since our oldest was born, plus it was the occasion of our 10th wedding anniversary, PLUS we renewed our wedding vows, and Sara and Eduardo were pillars of our experience. We opted for a Mayan ceremony, and while it was very different for us, we absolutely loved it. Chaman Eduardo Martinez was especially amazing. His words really touched us, and we continue to enjoy relaying them to our friends and family. Thank you!!

Working with Sara was easy and convenient. Sara went above our expectations! Being from California it would have been difficult organizing my daughters wedding in Cancun. Sara gave us options and recommendations. She allowed us to make the decisions and she pulled them all off without a hitch. Her experience and organizational skills were great.
We ended with a private beach wedding that my daughter and husband thought it was their dream wedding. From the venue, decorations to the food and DJ, all I can say is Magical!
