I am Gaia Cinotti, founder and creative director of Eventi Gaia Weddings.  My company offers unique and exclusive events thanks to my experience in the events organization acquired during all these years spent in contact with my customers. An university degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures, a master degree in Fashion Marketing Communication and Events Organization at Polimoda Institute, a class for Wedding Planner in Milan,a master in Business Administration and many years as Event Manager in important catering company have contributed in enriching my professionalism and skill. I've been coordinating events since 2000 and I started planning destination weddings back in 2010 when I open my own company. Eventi Gaia is based in Italy, Tuscany, offering production and special events, a company specialized in the creation and coordination of destination, luxury weddings in Italy.My mission is to offer the best quality service tailoring each event around the specific requirements of the client. This guarantees a perfect event that will remain in one’s memory forever.

Gaia really is the wedding planner of dreams. She is exceptionally hard working and incredibly creative, and we are so grateful for everything that she did to make our wedding so magical. Our brief to Gaia was: understated, timeless, classic elegance - and she absolutely delivered on that. We had a wonderful experience working with Gaia for our wedding - her taste, professionalism, contacts, and work ethos made the planning process a joy. I have rarely come across anyone as hard working as Gaia - nothing is too much trouble, and she goes over and above to try and find the right solution for her clients.
Despite the physical distance of managing this remotely from another country, we were in close contact with Gaia through the entire planning process, and she joined us on some brilliant trips to meet the suppliers she had curated and recommended for our big day. She really took care of our guests, personally replying to any questions they had ahead of the day from accommodation to transport, and babysitters.
On the day itself, we had total trust in Gaia and peace of mind that we could just enjoy the day and not have to worry about anything as she had the entire schedule and details in hand. We look back with such fond and special memories of our wedding day and can't thank Gaia enough for making it the perfect day for us. We would recommend her wholeheartedly.

Gaia is not only our extremely organized and professional planner, she has become our friend! From booking her back in June 2020 through helping us postpone our wedding and now to finalizing details for our big day next August, she has been the absolute BEST. When we first were looking for a planner we were a bit worried that communicating in different time zones and our busy work schedules would be an issue, but Gaia has made us forget there is even a 6 hour difference between us! She is extremely communitive and always gets back to us right away. Gaia has understood our vision from day one and has made the planning process so smooth and enjoyable! She has a keen eye for décor and amazing creative ideas. We are so excited to see everything come together for our 3 day celebration in Tuscany next year!
