We chose Ash Events for their Event Management package, and from the very first conversation with Ashley, I knew our wedding day was going to be amazing. As a Type A bride, I loved being involved in planning all the details, but having their team step in about 10-14 days before the big day was exactly what I needed. Throughout the planning process I asked a lot of questions, and Ashley and her team were always quick to respond and incredibly kind and helpful every time. When they stepped in before the wedding, they took the reins, coordinated with our vendors, and made sure every detail was accounted for.
On the wedding day, I felt completely stress-free knowing everything was in their hands. I was able to truly relax and enjoy the day with my husband, family, and friends instead of worrying about logistics. If you're someone who wants to plan your wedding but still have professionals make sure everything runs smoothly, the Event Management package is absolutely the way to go. When you are planning a wedding out of town and have absolutely no contacts, what do you do? You search online, find a few wedding planners and hit the jackpot when you come across Ashley of Ash Events.
Upon reaching out to Ash Events, we set up a phone appointment, spoke and I knew they could handle the task at hand. We booked Ashley a little over a year in advance with a deposit, then sat down in person to get to know each other and my vision. Ashley was wonderful as I had no knowledge of any vendors in the area. There were recommendations, some I used, some things we wanted were out of our budget.
Ashley and her team were great at getting back to me whether it was via email or text. It was nice to have someone with the knowledge needed to go forward with your plans and to guide you with great vendors.
The day of the wedding was amazing, we did not have to think about one thing Ashley and her team made everything happen smoothly. They dealt with the vendors, made sure we had cocktails, dinner, dessert, even carried one of our crying children along the way. Photos were quick with Ashley calling out directions.
Ash events are well organized, punctual, reliable, easy to work with, as well as professional but friendly and warm. You will not be disappointed, so hire them and be happy without a care in the world.

We hired Ash Events for month-of coordination, and they were absolutely incredible! From the start, communication was so easy — they were responsive, organized, and genuinely cared about making our day perfect. As a very organized bride, I wanted a team who could step in and flawlessly execute my vision, and that’s exactly what they did.
They went above and beyond on the day of our wedding, with 3–4 team members onsite ensuring everything ran smoothly. There was always someone checking in with me, making sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Literally nothing went wrong — and if it did, I had no idea because they handled everything so seamlessly.

Ash Events was incredible to work with throughout the whole wedding planning process. Carlie was our lead for the wedding day and she was fantastic! She came the night before for rehearsal and helped walk our big group through everything. Her and the team on our wedding day were amazing and I am so grateful we had them there! They helped the day run smoothly, keeping everything and everyone on track. They coordinated with our vendors which was one less thing for us as a couple to have to worry about. Even little things that you don’t think about like someone following behind you for photos holding your veil and dress or giving advice on when to bring our dog in 😊 Could not recommend them enough!
