Photography by Katie-Marie focuses on wedding and special event photography and is located in Montreal, Quebec. The business’ remarkable photographs are of contemporary, portraiture, traditional, and photojournalism styles. She considers her camera to be a part of her being. She also does maternity, baptism/christening, family, and casual photo sessions.
Experience
Katie has been passionate about this art form since childhood, and her love for the camera has enabled her to turn her passion into profession. She began her professional journey by shadowing and learning from her now fiancé, Dory Chamoun. Since then, she has gone on to collect numerous awards, including finishing 1st overall in the 2019 Fall PWPC - Pro Wed competition.

How she works
She is proud to offer a unique and enjoyable experience to prospective newlyweds. The process of taking photographs can be just as important as the images themselves as each picture represents that moment in time. She is committed to helping couples feel relaxed and feeling that their day-of is a special one. On the day-of, Katie prefers to take a more laid back approach and capture the events as they unfold.
