You really want candid shots, but you don't really know how to 'act candid'... (Do people act candid??)
I don't photograph models for a living; I photograph real couples. People who enjoy a good adventure and aren't easily offended by the bad jokes that slip out of my mouth when I'm evoking laughter. Couples who know they can bring their dog to their engagement session, laugh at me when I trip over a tree root, and take cover with me when it rains during their engagement session.
