I'm an award-winning international photographer whose work has been featured on the covers of novels and magazines, showcased in trendy restaurants, and exhibited in solo and group shows around the country. My decade-long wedding photography experience spans from LA to DC to Paris

As one of five grand prize winners of #202Fotos (#202Creates Photo Contest) my self portrait was featured at FotoWeekDC 2017 and in the 202Creates 2017 Exhibition at SXSW WeDC house in Austin, TX.

Between the small Nebraska town where I grew up and my years in rural Alaska, to the cities in Europe I’ve lived in and explored, I have become fascinated with people from all walks of life. Years of artistic and photojournalism experience allow me to bring out the best version of my subjects. I have been humbled by the trust that each client puts in me as a photographer – the faith that I will capture their moments beautifully and memorably.

I hold an MA in New Media Photojournalism from the Corcoran College of Art + Design (before the merger with GWU) and a combined BS in Business and French Language from The American University. I speak fluent French, Spanish, and some Arabic and accept photography commissions outside of the United States.
