Ralph came to our home after we made the agreement and explained how his staff works. He discussed what pictures we wanted and he took notes,then we visited the church and reception hall so he could check lighting and camera settings. The crew arrived early and started clicking away checking every photo until they were satisfied. Within days we started receiving photos and were very pleased with them. They are very creative and very accommodating.
